I'd like to point out that his themes weren't called puke because there is no theme with that title on johnston's BMI page. And There are 3 versions now? The sit used to say

1st: “Puke” (V1)
2nd: “Puke” (V2)
It now says
1st: “Puke” (V2)
2nd: “Puke” (V3)
If your counting Man Mountain Rock's theme as V1 i don't think it should count seeing as he just played some crappy guitar over the V1 or V2 at times if you listen close on one of his entrances.
